By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. SERVICES

We provide professional spa, wellness, beauty, skincare, and related services. Service availability may vary and is subject to scheduling and provider availability.

2. APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmed.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

4. NO-SHOW POLICY

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their deposit.

Future appointments may require full prepayment at our discretion.

5. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period.

Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation based on scheduling availability. Deposits may be forfeited for appointments that cannot be accommodated due to late arrival.

6. REFUND POLICY

All deposits, services, packages, memberships, and gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for completed services, missed appointments, or late cancellations.

7. MOBILE SERVICES & HOUSE CALLS

Mobile services and house call appointments may be available upon request.

Availability, travel fees, service areas, and appointment requirements vary depending on location and service type. Clients must contact us directly to discuss mobile service availability before booking.

Additional travel fees may apply.

8. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By submitting your information through our website, booking platform, forms, or contact methods, you consent to receive communications via email, phone calls, and SMS regarding appointments, scheduling updates, promotions, and customer support.
